Rubiks-cube

If you are new to cubing, you will probably want to start out by learning the Beginner's Method and then after a while you can graduate to Speedcubing methods. Different methods allow for many different ways to solve a Rubik's cube, some go layer by layer while some solve the corners first. In the beginner's method you use six steps. First you solve the cross, second you finish the first layer, third you solve the second layer. Instead of directly solving the last layer, you start with making a cross on top, and then extending that to a top colour finished, but not the top layer. Then the corners are permuted, and finally the edges. The most common method is the Fridrich method, partially invented by Jessica Fridrich. However, the method may be a bit confusing for beginners.
